BYLT Wholesale Return Policy

At BYLT, we are committed to providing premium apparel that defines modern wardrobe essentials. To ensure the integrity of our inventory and support our operational agility, all wholesale orders are considered final sale.

Exceptions for Returns:

Returns or exchanges will only be authorized in the following instances:

Damaged or Defective Goods: Items with verified manufacturing defects or damage sustained during initial transit.

Fulfillment Errors: Receipt of incorrect styles, sizes, or quantities that do not match the confirmed purchase order.

All claims must be submitted to our Wholesale Support Team within 7 business days of delivery. Authorized returns must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags attached.
