Waist: Circumference measurement of waist. The Training Short is designed to fit above the hips. Tech waistband has elastic properties for a secure fit. Use drawstring to adjust fit.

Outseam: Measure the length from the intersection of the waistband & hip (where the base shell fabric meets the side hip of the waistband) to the short bottom hem, follow the outer seam.

*Product measurements can vary by 1/2" 

Care Instructions: Machine wash cold with like colors. Tumble dry low. Iron low heat.
