Originally, I got a free pair of underwear. It was the all day wear version. Not the trunk version. I'm not a big guy. I'm 5'6 and weigh about 142lbs. The thigh area is pretty tight. I wished there was a bit more stretch. A few months ago I bought a pair of their trunk version underwear. Unfortunately, it runs way too small in the waist area. The size for a med is 31 to 33. Its definitely more closer to the 31 inch waist area. . I wear a med. I've bought plenty of underwear in the past of size med with generally no issues. But these med size are too uncomfortable in a med for me. I suggest 1 size larger. I'm hoping a large size will be much more comfortable.
