Fake Reviews are Obvious

If you’re going to pay for fake reviews, make sure the reviewers speak English first. Every single review contains a spelling error like a prince from overseas asking for cash in return for millions gold. Why is that? It’s lazy from your SEO and SEM teams for them not pointing it out. This is a point of friction within your purchase funnel that most customers will face and bounce, but few will point out. I don’t mind outsourcing to overseas companies for legit business ventures, but this isn’t that. Do better at taking customer satisfaction. If upper management doesn’t know about these invalid reviews, they should be aware. If they are aware, then damn…that’s some cold business decisions just to sell some cotton…
