A great t-shirt. It is somewhat heavy weight, yet breathes well and holds up in the washer and dryer (10 cycles wash and dry for me in about 9 months). Not my favorite for heavy workouts, but this is not their athletic performance fabric anyway! Your typical cotton shirt would breathe better on you during a workout, but then would weigh on you heavy with all the sweat. NOT the case with this one! If you choose to work out in it, it may feel a little heavy and less comfortable than you'd like, but afterwards expect things to dry quickly and keep you comfortable. I love that you can wear it all day and sweat a bit in it before throwing it in the laundry. I wear it as a normal t-shirt or as a full-day combo shirt where I know I'm going to be sweating a little (light workout, or when I have a long day of errands and activities where I won't be coming home to change)-It just lasts all day and remains comfortable. I also feel more confident dressing this shirt up a bit. Wear with some good jeans, joggers, or even athletic slacks, and some nice shoes and you have a tasteful + casual office day outfit. Love wearing it under a shacket or overshirt as another way to style it.
